This artwork is part of 'A Mother's Love,' a series created following the unexpected loss of my mother a year ago.
The foundation of this series is a roll of 1980s wallpaper found after her passing,a remnant of her bedroom wall. I use this paper to tell stories about women and mothers, exploring the daily struggles and the complex juggling act of life.
